About Chittaranjan Mahapatra is a Mining Engineer who has pervasive mining experience for over a decade. He specializes in mine planning, production operation, resource development, liaison, procurement function, environment clearance, costing and project management. He has proven his skill for both brown and green field works. In early stage of his career, he worked as production incharge of 1.5 million tonnes capacity highly mechanized open cast mine. He has strong co-ordination& liaisoning with Public, Central & State Governments, Statutory authorities for clearance of new projects. He has domain knowledge of procurement functions of raw materials also. He has interest in sustainable development of mining and mineral industries through innovation, utilization of waste, conservation of natural resources and eco care. He has expertize in preparation of technical reports for development of mines & raw material sources. He has been associated with various mining & geological societies. He lives in Lanjigarh, Odisha. He enjoys watching news and movies.
